What counts as one credit?
One credit is deducted per CAD file successfully processed — regardless of how many courses, pages, or output formats are generated. A multi-page PDF counts as one credit.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Buy a pack and use them at your own pace, whether that's this week or two years from now.
Can I use credits on other Valley Land Data products?
Yes. The same credit balance works across all Plot family products (Legal-Plot, Corner-Plot, ALTA-Plot, FEMA-Plot, PDF-Plot, Topo-Plot, Utility-Plot, and GLO-Plot) — as long as you sign up with the same email address on each product.
What if the pipeline fails to process my file?
Credits are only deducted on successful processing. If the pipeline returns an error or produces zero results, no credit is consumed.
Is there a free tier?
You can upload and preview results before purchasing. The full DXF and SVG downloads require a credit. No credit card required to create an account.
Is there an enterprise or volume option?
